By using the website www.ionicboost.org and purchasing products from TIPL, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you, the customer, and Terion Innovix Private Limited (TIPL).
TIPL offers the Ionic Boost 20ml pack for sale exclusively through its webstore. The price of a single pack is Rs. 1950/-, inclusive of all taxes. Only one pack can be ordered at a time. The final price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. TIPL reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.
Orders can be placed via UPI payment. A single transaction is limited to one Ionic Boost 20ml pack. Delivery is free for all valid Indian pin codes. TIPL guarantees only the dispatch date; final delivery depends on the delivery partner's terms.
Replacement is offered only for damaged or defective products. Customers must provide unboxing video evidence with date and time enabled. Once verified, TIPL dispatches a replacement within 48 hours at no extra cost.
Issues like delayed delivery, damaged packaging, or lost packages will be resolved as per delivery partner policies, but TIPL will protect customer interests.
