Return and Refund Policy

1. General

Due to the nature of the product, TIPL does not accept returns or refunds. Only replacements for damaged/defective products are allowed.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

• Clear unboxing video evidence is required.
• Video must show date and time.
• Video must clearly display the damage/defect.

3. Replacement Process

Upon claim verification, TIPL dispatches a new Ionic Boost 20ml pack within 48 hours at no extra cost.

4. Non-Eligibility for Replacement

• Insufficient or no video evidence.
• Claims made after unreasonable delay.
• Used or tampered products.

5. Final Sale

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction. The replacement policy is the only remedy available.
