- All claims regarding improvement in fuel efficiency, reduction in emissions, and engine life extension are based on published research papers on ion-assisted combustion, internal testing, and field trials conducted under controlled conditions.
- Actual results may vary depending on multiple factors including but not limited to vehicle model, age, condition of engine, maintenance schedule, quality of diesel fuel, driving style, and environmental conditions.
2. Usage Conditions
- Directions for use differ between on-road vehicles (fuel tank dosing of 5–20 litres per fill, or via IoT-enabled dosing for larger volumes with WhatsApp support) and off-road vehicles or static diesel equipment (jerry can dosing in the range of 5–200 litres).
- Users are solely responsible for following dosing instructions, storage precautions, and application guidelines provided by the Company.
3. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
- The Company does not guarantee a fixed percentage of mileage enhancement, emission reduction, or cost savings, as performance depends on user-specific conditions.

4. Warranty & Liability
- Ionic Boost is supplied as an “additive product” and does not alter the fundamental mechanical or electronic systems of the engine.
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of improper usage, overdosing, negligence, tampering, or use of the product in a manner inconsistent with instructions.
- Use of Ionic Boost does not void the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty, but the Company shall not be responsible for warranty disputes arising between customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
5. Compliance & Legal Applicability
- This product and its marketing communications are intended solely for use and sale in India.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Theni (H.O), Tamil Nadu, India.
